How to exchange?

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging. The exchange must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order and reach us within 10 days of the same.

In case of a request to exchange, you may email us at support@itgirl.in with :

and ship it to our warehouse (To, IT GIRL, F-60, FIRST FLOOR, OKHLA PHASE-1, New Delhi – 110020) with your name and order number on parcel.

Note : Your request is important to us. However, due to an influx of emails, please allow us 24 working hours to get back to you!

Once we receive your shipment, your exchange request will be initiated and a new package will be shipped out!
Please note : 

• Exchange of size is solely dependent on the availability of size required at the time of delivery to our warehouse (after it passes quality-check). 
  Process time : 2-3 working days
• In case the product required is not in stock, we will process your exchange order in 7-10 working days.

NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL, WE ONLY PROVIDE SIZE EXCHANGE FOR SWIMSUIT AND SALE ORDERS.

On approval, we will provide you with store credit to your IT GIRL account.

 How long does it take for the order to reach me?

 All orders are processed and shipped within 4-7 business days of receiving the order.

Once processed, based on your shipping method, will take about 15-17 business days to reach you.
