EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 

 We understand if you aren’t fully satisfied with your order.

 EXCHANGES :

How to exchange?

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging. The exchange must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order and reach us within 10 days of the same.

In case of a request to exchange, you may email us at support@itgirl.in with :

ORDER NUMBER :
REASON FOR EXCHANGE :
NEW PRODUCT REQUIRED :

and ship it to our warehouse (To, IT GIRL, F-60, FIRST FLOOR, OKHLA PHASE-1, New Delhi – 110020) with your name and order number on parcel.

Note : Your request is important to us. However, due to an influx of emails, please allow us 24 working hours to get back to you!

Once we receive your shipment, your exchange request will be initiated.

Please note : 

  • Exchange of size is solely dependent on the availability of size required at the time of delivery to our warehouse (after it passes quality-check). 
    Process time : 2-3 working days
  • In case the product required is not in stock, we will process your exchange order in 7-10 working days.
  • We only provide size exchange for swimsuits

NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE FOR SWIM WEAR, INTERNATIONAL, DISCOUNTED OR SALE PRODUCTS!

We do not accept exchanges or returns for international Orders.

 

RETURNS (Store Credit!) :

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.

The request must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the order.

In case of a request to return (store credit), you may email us at support@itgirl.in with:

REASON FOR RETURN :

and ship it to our warehouse (To, IT GIRL,  F-60, FIRST FLOOR, OKHLA PHASE-1, New Delhi – 110020). 

Note : Your request is important to us. However, due to an influx of emails, please allow us 24 working hours to get back to you!

Once we receive your shipment, your return request will be initiated. and will take about 1-3 working days to complete.

On approval, we will provide you with store credit to your IT GIRL account or on mail.

NOTE : WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SWIM WEAR, INTERNATIONAL, DISCOUNTED OR SALE PRODUCTS!

NOTE : WE DO NOT PROVIDE CANCELLATION OF ORDERS after 24 hours or placing the order.
